Meet The Founder
A South Florida native, Vinny Focaracci has always had a passion for the marine industry. At the age of just 15, Vinny ventured into the industry providing routine detailing and servicing of vessels. From there his knowledge only grew and he decided to dive further into other faucets of the marine world. In 2009, he took the helm and acquired his captain’s license, chartering yachts for client day trips up to month long ventures. His hard work, dedication, and leadership only spring boarded him further into the yachting industry. He quickly became vice president of a management company in which he oversaw 3 full-service marinas totaling over 200 occupied slips, while maintaining a management portfolio of over 100 vessels. During his role he spent 5 years managing and operating a full service shipyard, guiding his staff on proper protocols and procedures while upholding a high level of professionalism and quality. Leaving the company to pursue his own passion of entrepreneurship, Vinny founded EYS in 2017. Since he continues to provide strong leadership, using his set of skills and knowledge to promote an innovative culture with exceptional operational results. Vinny and his team provide hands-on service to go above and beyond his client’s expectations, in turn elevating their experience of yacht ownership.
